DESKTOP PUBLISHING PROGRAMS

To create larger numbers of inserts for your keyrings or magnets, you
need to be able to fill an A4 sheet with lots of copies of your design.
Desktop publishing software make this easy.
There are lots of programs to choose from - and all will do the job.

We can provide a free ready made template for our products in 'Serif Page Plus' on request,
so all you have to do is download the program, and paste in your images and text ready to cut out.

MAKING YOUR PHOTO GIFTS

Find or create a design the same size as your product insert size
[this size is given on our relevant product pages] and replicate across your template-
full instructions included in our template- available when you order.

Print out the pages.

Cut out the inserts with a craft knife, cutter, or similar

Place the finished inserts into your blank items, and simply snap together!

Please Note:
Fridge magnets and coasters only need 1 insert, as you only view them from the front.

Keyrings and bottle openers need to show your design on both the back and front.
To acheive this we print the front and back image side by side, cut out the paper to
include BOTH front and back images, fold in the middle, then insert into the keyring.
It is much easier to print the sheets single sided and to use folded inserts.
